4.0 out of 5 stars Truth 10 April 2013
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
As a London cabby it had a bit of added interest ... although the writers tried to make the traffic aspect funny they never stood a chance against the real traffic team.

4.0 out of 5 stars Hilarious but.. 15 July 2014
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
Absolutely hilarious except why, oh why, oh WHY so much bad language? Come on writers, you don't need it. The script is absolutely genius but I have to forward through certain bits as the flow of expletives just irritates me.

Delighted to be able to get copy of this wonderful comedy on DVD. It's worth watching again and again. The performances are all so good and the picture of committee work so devastatingly accurate.

5.0 out of 5 stars Almost unbearably funny! 28 April 2014

Laugh-a-second funny - fast, clever, cringe-worthy, hilarious series. If possible, the second series is even funnier than the first - brilliant!

...which is a good thing, it's gently funny and painfully accurate, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and as usual Olivia Coleman is excellent!

5.0 out of 5 stars So, so funny.... 15 Jan 2013

Bought this for my son (and me) who loved this series. We've watched it a few times and have found something different to laugh about each time that we hadn't noticed on previous viewings. Written so well and the acting is absolutely brilliant.
Product in excellent condition - as new. Was a bit more expensive than I would've preferred but, then again, has given us hours of pleasure :)
