Product Description

Product Description

Detective Inspector Quigg and Sergeant Lulu Begone (on an exchange programme from the South African Police Service) must hunt down a festive serial killer who is selecting his victims to match the Christmas carol - The Twelve Days of Christmas. Each day, victims are found stabbed with their clothes removed and their faces ripped off. A verse from the carol is daubed on the wall in blood. Will Quigg find the killer before he is forced to resign? Also, Quigg must choose between two women, or must he? And can he persuade the Chief to let Sergeant Begone be his partner on a permanent basis?

Tim Ellis is one of my favourite authours, his style of writing keeps the reader engrossed in the story and characters from the first page to

I loved this short story featuring Quigg although I wish I'd read it before the other Quigg stories. That aside, it was well written. There is'nt too much emphasis put onto the description of the murder scenes which I like. For me it's all about the job in hand and the relationship between Quigg and the people he works with.
Very much looking forward to More Quigg.

I thought that this novella showed just how good the Quigg stories could be if some of the unrealistic sex scenes were removed. Read more
