Messy Time Plush Fizz is a cuddly replica of the character from the BBC's popular Tweenies series. Fizz measures approximately 34 cm (13 inches) high, and is made from soft yellow velour material, with authentic auburn woollen hair, decorated with ribbon bows. Young fans of the series will know that the gang loves Messy Time, where they get creative with paints, crayons and the like. Fizz is dressed ready for Messy Time in a bright pink laminated tabard and pink flowered cotton shorts. The tabard has a green front pocket, ideal for storing small items. All Fizz's clothing is easily removable for little hands (the tabard fastens with Velcro at the back and her shorts are elasticated), so she can also be used for dressing-up play.

The soles of Fizz's boots cleverly conceal two stamper designs (Fizz's face and a flower). Using the ink pad included, budding artists can use Fizz's footprints to customise their own designs. The manufacturer warns that the ink used may stain fabrics, so care should be taken. Fizz herself is surface-washable only, although splashes should be easy to remove with a damp cloth. Because of small parts, Messy Time Plush Fizz is not recommended for children under three years of age. --Alison Drury
