These salad hands are nice to use, fit in your hands and the colour is great when you combine it with a blue bowl(!). Unlike the other reviewer's who was complaining about the coarseness of the finish, mine were perfectly finished. The other hand is nevertheless slightly darker coloured due to natural colour variation (but they could pair them better in production).

I've got one set of serving hands from Nigella range and thought I will buy one for salads as I use the other ones for past. The item fits perfectly into plam of your hand, very nice colour of the wood. I only gave it 3 stars as the wood on the edges was a bit coars and not very smooth.
Love these, sit nicely in the bowl when not using them. Nice and smooth and look very expensive when they are not.
