This is one of the most beautiful recipe books I have ever gotten into my hands. Originally I took it out from the Library. I immediately found it on Amazon.com and ordered. I am so happy to have this book for its recipes, but the educational value and the photographs are wonderful. Makes me want to renew my passport and take off.
Don't be mislead by this book (or the others in the series), they are not fancy. Down to earth, fun and beautiful. I have ordered this one, as well as China, Asia and am adding the Southwest today.
