About the Author
Shaun O'Callaghan founded Quartet Research in 2006. Quartet Research provides commercial insight and leadership development programmes at board and senior management levels internationally. Clients include HSBC, Vodafone, Carlsberg and KPMG, and programmes and assignments have been delivered across Europe and Asia. Prior to setting up Quartet Research, Shaun was an Executive Director of a FTSE250 company, a corporate restructuring partner with KPMG in London, a strategy manager at Norwich Union and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen.
