This is a great book if you want to learn how to enjoy life more by using the unique Phoenix Rising body-mind approach. Its easy and it works. If you follow Lee's program you will most certainly change your life for the better and have more fun. Recently, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, a well-respected certifying yoga school and organisation, has conducted studies to help people reduce stress through yoga. The findings have been spectacular - the weight week programme has helped students find a 55 per cent reduction in stress-related symptoms (mostly of a physical nature, such as upset stomach, headache, etc). The findings have already been reported in Yoga Journal. Turn Stress Into Bliss is a reproduction of that proven programme. The book includes a description of the programme, the results it achieved and why it works. This is followed by a complete 8-week programme, including mediations, asanas and lifestyle changes that readers can do on their own. On top of this, Turn Stress Into Bliss features first-person accounts from people who have gone through the programme and, of course, it also includes introductory information about yoga and how to practice - just as there is in all our yoga books.
