5.0 out of 5 stars BRILLIANT NOVELLA 8 Feb. 2015
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
A decent length novella at 190 pages, I really enjoyed this story featuring my favourite book cop, Jonathan Stride. Although supposed to be a prelude to The Cold Nowhere, I actually read this after the aforementioned book which did not seem to really matter at all. Brian Freeman never disappoints with his well written and thrilling stories. I always look forward to the next Jonathan Stride adventure.

Even though this book about Stride wasn't as long as usual the story was very enjoyable. This series is excellent.

Really enjoyed this. Realised I have read the books in the wrong order but they all make sense as single reads so it hasn't mattered. Good storyline and kept me going until the end.
