Product Description

Airborne action thriller starring Craig Sheffer, Jennifer Beals and Tom Berenger. A therapy group who have worked together to overcome their flying phobia decide to celebrate the completion of their programme by taking a flight together to Los Angeles. But it soon turns out that their fears were justified when a group of terrorists hijack the aircraft, murder the pilot and threaten to kill all the passengers using chemical weapons.

From the Back Cover

When a class of students are enrolled in a programme designed to help them overcome their fear of flying, they end up with a lot more to deal with than their own phobias. Soon after take-off, the passengers are mysteriously drugged and one is discovered murdered, As the chaotic search for the guilty passenger begins, it is quickly discovered that the charming Elliott (Jeffrey Nordling - Quiz Show), is not who he appears to be.

As events take a disastrous twist it is up to air traffic controller, Sikes (Tom Berenger - Platoon), the shy, nerdy group member, Martin (Craig Sheffer - A River Runs Through It) and aspiring flight attendant Jessica (Jennifer Beals - Devil in a Blue Dress), to save not only the passengers but the unsuspecting population 28,000 feet below.

For several reasons, and the only thing I liked about it was Jennifer Beals nearly getting banged in the toilet,so she gained it 1 star. The acting was atrocious, the plot has more holes in it than a collander and just about everything about it is bad. I cannot say anything in its favour. Save your time and money - please?

ACTUAL RATING - 3.5 / 5
Ahh, what an interesting a film...
....Ok lets start with the negative points, the acting is very dodgy in places, the story line dosent really make sence, you can pick tons of holes in the story, and theres no special features on the DVD - Not even a scene selection!! ...
....Ok, now onto the film.... The film features around a plane full of "Fear Of Flying" passengers, but when half of the passengers fall into a deep trance, the crew begin to get suspicious, but adding to that there is a chemical weapon on board - that will kill all in a 3 mile radius, with most of the crew being dead , its up to the petrified passengers to save the aircrart, and the thounsond's of people below...
...The film starts off really funny, i was pleasently suprised to realise i had laughed out loud several times in the first 15 mins, the film than takes a slump - and becomes a bit tedious, just as i was getting bored of the film it picked itself right up....
..The last 30 mins of the film are GREAT, they really do keep you on the edge of your seat, and i felt really connected with the characters of, and really wanted them to get thru this "Turbulance" - there were many twist and right up untill the last few mins your still shouting at the TV screen, desperate for there to be a happy ending...
..So, YES!!!, buy this film - im sure you'll like it! Ok, so theres no SFX and not great acting.. But its still a class film, and at a bargain prcie - What are you waiting for?? ....
...Prepare yourself for "Turbulence 2, Fear of flying"

I rented this from Amazon and i really didn't expect much from it and i didn't get much from it in the end.

I don't want to knock this film if you like it because if you have seen it and liked it then thats great, but i just found it a bit boring.I must admit i did laugh at several scenes early on in the film but that was due to me finding some scenes utterly unbelievable and the acting shockingly bad.

I would say about this film, just imagine an early sunday afternoon movie put on an unheard of channel(except it couldn't be because of the swearing in it but you get what i mean).Overall it's quite a poor film but this is just my opinion and if you like it then great, but it's not for me.
