When we got this book from the library (my three year old chose it) I wasn't much looking forward to reading it. I didn't really like the illustrations and the idea of a Turbo Tortoise didn't grab me.
Then we read it aloud and BOOM! What fun. It's really an exciting adventure. Silly and explosive and fast-paced. My six year old came to listen to and loved Karate Crow too.
Recommended.
