as my boyfriend is a massive fan of tupac's, i of course get roped into listening to his music all of the time. the dvd didnt appeal to me at first as i am not a 'massive' 2pac fan, but once i started watching the 'documentary' of his life i definately got into it and thought it was very interesting. the film shows his background and how he has come to be one of the most famous rap artists of all time. it shows his highs and lows, and how he went from being a young and fresh 17 year old to become a 'thug'. a very interesting watch even if you're not an avid tupac fan. x

The media would have us believe that 2pac was a hateful thug who didn't have any feelings or emotions, however thug angel looks beyond the negative media attitude towards pac, and shows that he was a caring generous man who was frustrated and felt that black america was neglected by the white and even black elite in american politics. The movie by pacs close friends is a must see as it shows the rapper, poet and movie star as he really was, a young afro american from a poverty stricken community who made a life for himself which got too big too fast. A must see for all pac fans and those who are just curious about the media hype which surrounded the man.

I wasn't sure what to expect when i received this Collector's Edition but boy is it completely worth every penny. 2 dvds with so many extras, you won't have time to watch it all straight away and you also receive the best seller book " Holler if you Hear Me " AND a bonus cd with plenty of tributes from the people who knew Pac best. This is a must for all 2Pac fans, which contains interviews from 2Pac himself, E.D.I ,Shock G, Dr. Mutulu Shakur, Big Syke and Treach from Naughty By Nature just to name a few.
Trust me, you will not regret buyng this !!

Wow! I bought this after seeing a clip of it once. A total insight into the life of Tupac. Forget EVERYTHING the media had told you you know about him.....(or anyone else for that matter)you but you will discover a person who did more for others than even himself. Dreams and the strenghth knowledge courage and love to acheive them. But who cant escape reality.
I cant really put in words if you watch it you will treasure this dvd as it will be more than you could ever imagine. An inspiration a real man.
Definately one to buy and keep

I thought the documentary was informative and gave you the insight it should have with regard to Tupac's life. It was interesting to see how the media was used as a tool against to make him seem as nothing but a thug when in fact he had the measure of the powers that be and was very aware. That is why he was killed!! His links to the Black Panthers etc and the fact he spoke out about the illumanati /Freemasons and that we are all part of a system that exists to oppress us. Do you know most of what you have been told your whole life is a lie? From the landing on the moon to the true origin of Jesus Christ. Do not listen to his story but research the real history ( as oppose to his story which is lies based upon what the author wanted you to believe and those he represented). Most of history was rewritten to portray what you are told today as the truth but the reality is that the vast majority of it is lies. Tupac was against this and when you speak out you become a target and they killed him. John F Kennedy, Martin Luther King etc. If you don't know what I am talking about then do your research and find out yourself. You will be very surprised but you will finally know the truth.

This video has got to be the best Tupac video i have ever come across. It does not get tangled up in potraying upac a the thug the media and his lyrics led you to believe, but as the caring, respectful man, who really was someone who made a difference. Unlike other videos about Tupac that are purely trying to make money off his name, this video has been directed and edited superbly. The jokes about Tupac from his friends as worth the price of the video alone! If you love Tupac you'll love this video. If you want to learn anything about him or his life, its for you.
