This is not some flimsy bike that creaks along then falls apart. Nor does it give you backache. It is a recumbant cycle, so you sit down with your back fully supported, and your feet out to the front like a rowing machine. The best bit is the range of options, among others, you can cycle along while an interactive video moves through Tuscany, changing the tension as you ascend or descend the various hills, chase dogs and even see a deer flash across the road in front of you. It records your progress, and your heart rate is picked up through the handles. Build is solid to say the least. I had a problem with a computer virus in the console, but the manufacturers sorted it. My girlfriend prefers the in built music, but I'm determined to catch up with that dog!!
