Pilates rings are ace! I've had a problem with my shoulder and wanted to build up the muscles, and this is a brillaint way to do it. Also good for those bingo wings! I learnt how best to use it from my pilates teacher so you may want to look at videos online or buy a DVD to check you are doing it properly. I can't compare this ring to others on the market but this one certainly worked for me.

This pilates ring appears to be robust and is reasonably light weight. It would be fine for someone who is starting to use this piece of equipment as the spring has moderate resistance and a stronger person may find that it is not challenging enough. However, I have been very pleased with it and it is good value for money.

Although I have never used a pilates ring before, I find this one quite comfortable because of the soft foam pads on the outside. I expected it would be softer, but it offers a medium resistance which is suitable for all types of movements (legs or arms)...I still have hope to get stronger and to be able to squeeze it more ! I think it is good quality for the price.

Tunturi De Luxe Pilates Ring
I was dissapointed with this product, as I had not noticed it had no soft pads on the inside of the ring. It is also quite weak and feels like it will break very soon.

Nice one!
This is much more comfortable to use than the one my instructor uses in her classes! The pads are softer. I would recommend this definitely.
