I always leave it too late to do any exercise for skiing, but this little ball against the wall is great to get those ski legs warmed up in the weeks before. Being dead lazy I do squats whilst watching telly - I hope it makes a difference.
As for the Tunturi price - I thought I'd go expensive and enjoy the massage - it doesn't really massage so I guess the five quid one would have done just as well.
The included pump is pretty naff - better off with a proper bike pump.
