I am really surprised how good this book is, I enjoyed a holiday in Tunisia and loved the food so much, but could not find any cookbooks there in English, so looked on Amazon and found a couple, this is by the far best one, I have already cooked the Couscous with chicken and meatballs, let me tell you it was delicious and made a great Sunday meal for my family, very easy to follow instructions, a definate recommendation for anyone who like me enjoyed a holiday in Tunisia or anyone that loves this great tasting food from an interesting North African country.

This book is lovely I have found it hard to find a book with recipes for Tunisian foods and this is one that has many of the foods I have tried whilst holidaying there. Highly recommend this one...
