I bought this in the hopes that it would make me more likely to go to the gym more often, and it's worked! It's a nice snug fit for the ipod, feels secure when it's on and the cable tidy is good as it does mean I'm not getting tangled up in wires even when using the weights or rower. The window is kind of redundant as it's difficult to see without taking the thing off and I do think it wouldn't be so good if you had wide biceps as the strap isn't vastly long, but all in all I'm very pleased with it.

Would recommend this to any runner. Very good quality and seems durable and likely to last a few years. Perfect running partner, worth the money!

Very speedy dispatch and delivery.
I have yet to try it out whilst running. But trying it on, it is comfortable, fits my arm perfectly and most importantly my ipod fits snugly inside. The wheel is a little hard to control through the cover, but I do not need to change songs as I have a play-list, so this is no problem.
