Product Description

Product Description

This book explores historical and contemporary ideas of witchcraft through the perspective of the Clan of Tubal Cain - a closed Initiatory group aligned to the Shadow Mysteries within the Luciferian stream. As students of art we mediate the ancestral stream, teaching through practice with the sacred tenets of Truth, Love and Beauty. The Word is thus manifest in deed and vision.

tubelo's green fire 19 May 2010
Format:Paperback
It soon becomes obvious once you start reading this book that the authors knowledge of the subject is vast and deep. The level of research that has been put into the work is refreshingly high and will appeal to anyone who wants to learn more about the traditional craft.

For all the books academic credentials, I still found it a really good read with a lovely fluent style and just couldn't put it down. I suspect this book will become a classic of its type and any serious student of witchcraft will want this on their shelves.

This is the third book written by a leader of The Clan Itself. BUT this is the first book written entirely and without editorial interference.
Those who have read articles written and submitted to various pagan magazines by the author, would know she goes to the point without too much of a preamble.
The book speaks for itself: It's introduced by the current Magister of the Clan, Robin the Dart, who introduces what's to come beautifully, then we go straight to a wealth of food for thought. I loved this book, but I will read it again and again just in case I missed something.
If you're interested in what a Traditional Clan is about, you need no other book.

My only criticism is that Amazon shows the book as out of stock.

A New Classic 3 Aug 2010
Format:Paperback
This is the best all-round book on Traditional Witchcraft I have found. The writing is clear and lilting and the research is strong. Ms. Oates gives the reader a peek into Traditional Craft beliefs and covine workings in more depth than I have ever seen elsewhere. I strongly believe that this book should be on every Traditional Witch's bookshelf.
