sigh, soooooooooooooooooooo disappointed. looks fantastic, so pretty, was bought last christmas for three little princesses-who were sorely disappointed too. Had basically no benefit or use from this product, just cant get it to stay inflated. lasts minutes before the turrets collapse into the structure and the whole thing caves in. Was quite expensive too, so im prob going to have a good cry over the weight of my purse, sob. and the big useless pretty castle thingy thats too pricey to just throw out.

Bought this castle for my 2 1/2 year old daughter, initially we had problems with it's rigidity, we'd used a electric pump to pump it up and the tubes weren't filled enough to hold up the structure. When using the hand pump (included) to top it up it then become much better. Initially we'd abandoned using the hand pump as it was taking forever to inflate, you really do need an electric pump too.
The size is impressive and visually is stunning, a really lovely design. Even for my daughter the door is a bit small, she has to crawl in and I almost get stuck trying to get in (yes I know it's not designed for me but anyone with a 2 1/2 year old will understand). It would have been nice to have a larger window, or opening blind style window as when she is inside I can't see her at all and she loves to open close the window and peep out in her outdoor playhouse. She loves the 'shelf' inside (a flap of fabric joining the lower roof section creates a 'shelf').
Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

To inflate the castle is very easy and very fast using hand pump (included).
The size is suitable for play inside and the design is really lovely.
I'm very pleased with my purchase because my niece is so much fun!!! She plays with her little friends, her parents, her grandparents, her uncles and with me. She is very happy!!! I highly recommend it!!!!!
