I've often started diets, given up because they were boring or the foods were very limited and then been left feeling a failure. I also know that I should exercise more but find that boring as well. This book however has inspired me to try again. It sets out in a straightforward message of 8 steps what you really need to understand about how to lose your fat and feel good about yourself again. I've found it easy to read and understand and fairly simple to implement the changes I've needed to make. For example, Intermittent fasting, diet breaks, LICE (Low Intensity Continual Exercise) make losing some weight feel manageable, I can be in control! I am beginning to notice a difference, which is encouraging and it's not so boring after all! Don't be deceived by the picture on the cover this book is for men and women who really want to lose some weight and have toned bodies,and maintain them.
