I ordered this item as a replacement for a faulty Dell XPS 13 charger.
I checked the Trust website to confirm compatibility - the website lists four adapters compatible with the Dell XPS 13. Unfortunately the website does not make it clear that the required connect is *not* included with the adapter and must be ordered separately from Trust.
While Trust do supply additional connectors for free, they send them from the Netherlands by "unregistered post". I ordered my required connector 14 days ago and have yet to receive it - Trust tell me delivery can take some time and I should check with my post office to see if there are any packages waiting to be collected.
I understand it may not be possible to include every possible connector with the package, however it was not made clear on the website that customers must place a separate, direct order with Trust to receive connectors for laptops listed as compatible. Unfortunately I required the unit as an urgent replacement for a faulty genuine unit and expected to be up and running within 24h.
I can't review the performance of the actual unit as it is currently unusable. I have held off on the review to give Trust some time to ship the additional connector but feel 14 days was generous.
I'll also point out that the "auto voltage switching" in fact isn't entirely automatic. The connectors are marked with the supported voltage, so you need to be careful to select the correct connector. I assume some mechanism in the connector (or the pin-out used) dictates the voltage. It would help avoid any possibility of a voltage selector switch being accidentally flipped and causing damage to the laptop, but it's worth noting that the user does still have a part to play in selecting the correct voltage.
