For those who don't know, Trust in Me is the retelling of Wait for You from Cam's point of view. But don't be fooled into thinking you are going to get a carbon copy of Wait for You. We get quite a few original scenes without Avery in them and it gives you the reader a wonderful insight into Cam. And we get glimpses into the lives of some of the secondary characters in the stories. I cant wait to find out more about Teresa and Jace in Be With Me.

Before, my heart broke multiple times for Avery, even when she was responsible for the pain she was currently experiencing. This time round my heart broke more than once for Cam... even though I knew how the book was going to turn out. I loved being inside Cam's head, seeing Avery from his POV because Avery never see's herself the way others do. As much as I liked Cam it was nice seeing his inner frustrations with Avery, to realise that while he seems like this perfect guy who is always there, that he IS frustrated by Avery's treatment of him at times.

I originally read Wait for you in April 2013 so the story wasn't fresh in my mind, which meant it felt like a completely new story, it might not feel that way if you are reading them back to back.

Thank you to NetGalley and Harper Collins for the eARC.

I dove right into this without re-reading Wait for You and am glad I did. It's been a while since I read book 1 so couldn't remember much about it, I think this made the enjoyment of Trust in Me that much greater.

I loved reading this in Cam's POV - he is bloody awesome. However if you have not read book 1 it will take a while to get into the story, you really do need Avery's story. Kudos to J Lynn for not just repeating book 1, but actually giving us this from Cam's POV. I have been left so disappointed and hacked off with other male POV books that have not been that, instead in places just a copy and paste of initial book. That is NOT the case with TIM. Yes, on the odd occasion there will be a bit of repetition from book one, but as this is the same story but in his POV that is obviously going to happen. I understand this which is why I am giving this 5 stars cuz I bloody loved it.

I really loved this book. I read Wait For You first and was so glad that Trust in Me was written. You can read these books on their own, but reading them both gives Avery's and Cam's side of the story. Cam is wonderful and so funny but shows a lot of emotion as well. You get so involved with the story and characters, it is great. Every time I hear the word 'Cookies' I have to smile. XXX

Now I loved Wait for You and I really do rate J. Lynn/Jennifer Armentrout as an author. She brings us characters to love, journeys to become invested in and whether it's her shorter sexier romantic reads or her new adult, I find her books incredibly difficult to put down. But Trust in Me was average. I don't want this to be seen as a bad review, it's not; there's no disputing it's well-written and I still love Cam and Avery, but it was somewhat repetitive; with no new revelations and mirrored-conversations I found myself fighting against skim reading the odd section.

But on the occasions we did get new content it was excellent and I loved seeing just how close Cam's relationship with his family and his friends actually is; it was fresh, much needed and added the moments that made me smile. It's this additional content that paves the way for Jase and Teresa's story (which incidentally I am really looking forward to).

One thing's certain though, there's still no denying that Cameron Hamilton is an absolute sweetie.

Cameron Hamilton. Cam is my main reason for loving this book so freaking much and I finally get to see everything from his POV! I loved Wait for You, but I have to say I enjoyed Trust in Me slightly more because it was Cam telling the story.

So Trust in Me - like Wait for You - revolves around the story of Cam and Avery. Cameron Hamilton is used to getting everything he wants - including women. But when Avery comes crashing into his life, he finally meets someone who can resist him. But Cam can't stop thinking about her. Avery has secrets. Secrets that are stopping her from getting close to Cam.

Hearing from Cam's POV made me fall in love with this guy even more. Cam is so charming and adorable. He makes my heart melt. I'd love him to make eggs for me in the morning (but I don't really like eggs, so maybe he can make pancakes?) and to bake me cookies. I liked getting to hear from Cam and seeing him battle with what he did helped me understand him a lot more. He regrets it, but he'd still do absolutely anything to protect his sister.

Seeing Avery from Cam's POV made me love her characters even more. She's just a sweet, innocent girl who was taken advantage of. I love Avery so much because she's so strong. Even though she's haunted by what happened to her, she manages to stay strong and push through and I really admire her strength.

I love getting to see Cam and Avery again. I enjoyed getting to see Cam constantly asking Avery out again and actually seeing what was going on in his head this time. Basically, I just loved everything about this book. There was absolutely nothing that I didn't enjoy.

Overall, I ended up loving Trust in Me more than Wait for You because of Cam. Cam is just amazing and I'm so glad we got to hear from him. If you haven't started the Wait for You series yet and are a fan of NA books, I'd definitely recommend it.
