Two things wrong with this product
1. The pillow pushes the child's head forward so it is even more likely that their chin ends up on their chest.
2. The magnets are not strong enough to stop the head rolling forward - it needs to be a press stud or something stronger.
I bought one in John Lewis, tested it on a journey and then took it back and said it didn't work, which it obviously didn't.
I would not recommend wasting your money.

Short and sweet, it looks great and my daughter loved to put it behind her head and connect the magnetic tabs together, but and this is the big BUT, it offers little protection or comfort in the head falling forward department when she falls asleep in her car seat,it does give some comfort when her face is in contact with it, but her neck is still in the over extended state simply because the Hugger wraps around her neck , so when it falls forward it goes as well, would be better if it could have attached to the rear of the car seat itself as this would have held her head up this way ,but...theres that word again, it doesn't, so in all honesty not much use if the car seat cannot incline just enough to stop your little ones head rolling forward in the first place,I think that is what this is really intended for.for use with seats with incline.

a very good idea but unfortunately did not live up to expectations, my girls were very excited to get them and for the first few days used them as intended head rest however don't think they are as comfortable as they look, the novelty wore off fast, the arms that go around the neck are quite close fitting (and this is on 3 year olds) and it doesn't close very well. it also does nothing to stop a small childs head rolling forward which was my hope. I have had better results with an ordinary travel pillow. Unfortunately they now seem to use it as a car toy to cuddle or just lean on like a pillow (a pillow would have been cheaper) so don't feel it was a good buy. Very expensive for what it is.

Does not work at all when child is asleep
