The True Utility FireWire Colour Flame Lighter is designed to be the lighter you'll want to take out of your pocket. With its sleek design it fits neatly in the palm of your hand, made with an alloy body it will always allow you to feel ready for anything. It has the added feature of a 3 colour adjustable flame. You can choose from a red, green or blue flame just by turning the adjustable dial.
FireWire technology has been designed to make sure your lighter never lets you down whatever weather conditions you may be in. This technology enables the lighter to be a lit at any angle, even upside down. Its high altitude valves allow for you to tackle even the toughest of outdoor challenges and still have a light. Bought one of these lasted a fortnight sent it back. The replacement has lasted a little bit longer (three weeks). Avoid at all costs. And the company I got it off said, if I took my bad review off these pages they would replace it. Don't really want another one . Stick to my Zippo. No Stars.

I read a number of reviews saying that there lighter stopped working after a short while and I had a similar problem. After filing it up and using 2/3 of the gas I could no longer get the flame to stay lit. However I figured out a simple way to fix this
At the bottom of the lighter around the filler valve there is a little double headed arrow with a + - on. Around the filler nozzle is a metal ring with two indentations in opposite each outer. Using a small screwdriver I pushed this ring in the + direction. This increased the 'power' of the flame and it stopped going out. (I also fiddled with the Philips screw on the bottom but I don't think that did anything)
I kinda sucks that you have to sort it out yourself but I am happy it is working.

This is a great lighter. You can do all the specified tasks that is listed in the product info, like use it outside when its windy, it changes colour from red, green, to blue, by turning the black wheel bit on the lighter.
Only problem that i would have to say, is that it uses up gas quickly.But the flame requires lots of gas to light.

Love it!
The flames are pretty!! It uses alot of butane, but other than that, its stayed strong and resiliant. Its good for the price it is.

True Utility - the truth!!!

Not bad
Not bad but it is a bit gimmicky, the flame takes a few second to change colour and it isn't made out of metal but plastic. Its ok but probably not worth the money.
