Saw them perform True Romance on Later with Jools Holland. Wonderful album. UK version of Vampyre Weekend. Frighteningly catchy. Great summer fun.

These guys are so talented, from their beautiful lyrics to the clever synth riffs. It contains a vibrant mixture of styles and a range of faster, up beat tunes with instant dancibility and slower, lyrical songs. Also I reccomend seeing them play live too, you'll have a great time :)

This has got to be one of the best albums I've heard in a long time. Every track has got a distinctive mood and feel to it and you can tell they've put a lot of effort into making a really solid and well produced debut album.

True Romance: A proper affair
Think 'Vampire Weekend' mixed with 'Black Kids', give them a British edge and you won't be far wrong. Of the 10 tracks at least 8 have really grown on me. Read more
