Rob I am really enjoying all the antics you got up to and your short punchy style in reiterating your tales. Yes, very enlightening. I seem to have been caught up in all the opposite of SENSIBLENESS. Part of being a teacher and single parent.... AAAArghh! I am sure your craziness quite makes up for a whole load of sensibles. I am about 1/3rd of my way through your book and YES I recommend it as a good read. I have read a fair bit of it aloud to whoever is present, in order to explain the shrieks of laughter and gasps of disbelief, oh and to share the extent of the tricks and revenge. It makes a great alternative lifestyle and a good antidote to some of my life.

I bought the book thinking it would be good. I was in for a surprise - it was excellent. Not knowing the guy, you quickly get the impression that he means well in this world and that he can take it on simply because he can.
I split my sides regarding some of the situations he gets into. His quest to find the perfect wife is so jolly and fun - you can imagine being there with him and the freedom he had to visit all those places, meeting all those characters as he does. Well worth the read - funny, leaves a lasting impression of - "What am I achieving in my life?" ... I should have an approach to life like this and go out and have fun. I have no hesitation giving the book five stars.

At the start of a New Year, have you ever thought there was something missing in your life, or there should be more to life than this? Well let me encourage you to read this hilariously funny, bizarre, odd and somewhat strange book to find out what you may have been missing. It chronicles the life of the author Rob Lowe - someone I have known for 20 years and always thought to be a little peculiar, actually I thought he was wired up very differently to everyone else I have ever met. But what I actually find is that Rob is a barking mad, deeply mischievous and very funny individual who gets into all manner of scrapes which would be too daft to laugh at, if they werent true. This is a gut busting laugh with/at A True British Eccentric!
