I have made a couple of rhubarb polenta cakes with this product and the cakes were delicious. The price was excellent, but probably because the " best before " date was only a few months after I received it, so I'm left with 5 packs and time has run out! I'll have to give some away and make lots more polenta cakes myself.
Having had a holiday in West Virginia recently were corn bread was served with most meals I had to come home and make some and thanks to this prodcut I was able to produce some wonderful corn bread, which all my grandchildren keep asking me to make so I shall be odering some more very soon!
