I like this item. It is robust, well made and it folds flat for storage, which is an added bonus as most pet carriers are solid and take up a lot of space. But most importantly our cat is happy to travel in it! Good product.

Really delighted with this product - I have no room to store the hard type of pet carrier, this folds up and fits in a small space. However, it is perfect for transporting my quite large cat to the vet when necessary and very sturdy once unfolded and I like the way I put her into it from the top and can have it open slightly so that I can scratch her neck and reassure her, but she can't escape. It is also very light to carry which is necessary as I am elderly. It is amazing value for money and I can highly recommend it. Tricia Smith

This looked very good when I received it and the adult cat and the kitten both liked to play and sit in it, however when I used it to take the kitten to the vets it could get out of the gap at the top between the side and the fastener and make the fastener become undone. I then tried taking the adult cat out in it in the car and by pushing up against the top she could pop open the fastener and make the zips slide down and escaped as I was driving the car and came and sat on my knee where she thought she should be in the first place.
I have had to sew up the top opening and just use the front one which for now neither of them seem to be able to open but am not happy to take them in the car in it without someone else to watch them.
