Justt wanted to say that I'm really loving this. I can see myself sticking to this. I got that Danielle off Big Brothers one and it's not good at all compared to this. There's something about Trisha that makes you believe you can get fit just like her. I think she's really good! PS: Trisha should be on TV more!

I am approaching the big 50 soon and so needed something that wasnt going to exhauste but that would keep me in good shape. I got this DVD at the beginning of the month and i must say that i can really feel an improvement in my fitness! this is a fitness plan that i will be sure to stick to because it realistic and acheivable. the extra features as well are really worth seeing as well!
