Palladian Ensemble
CKD050
THE PALLADIAIN ENSEMBLE is firmly established on the international stage as one of the very best chamber groups performing baroque repertoire. Constant critical acclaim, a reputation for dashing, intelligent musicianship and a warm, spontaneous onstage manner has led the Ensemble to give numerous concert and radio performances throughout the UK, and to tour extensively in Spain, Mallorca, Sicily, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Belgium and the USA. In the 1996 international concert series 'Rising Stars' the Palladian Ensemble gave performances in Europe's most prestigious concert halls including their debut at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam (where they received a standing ovation from the capacity audience), Konserthaus Stockholm, Birmingham Symphony Hall, London South Bank Centre, Konzerthaus Wien, Frankfurt Alte Oper and Cologne Philhannonie.
