ENDLESS DREAMS: BACK TO ETERNETY., 29 Sep 2001

This review is from: Trilogy (Audio CD)
This is the ideal music to take you in a cosmic journey, just close your eyes abandon your body and let yourself go wherever those soothing rhythms take you, after a tiring day you will bless this music, or if you want to do meditation. this trilogy is just a compilation of previous works and not a new album, the advantage is you can enjoy the best of Enigma buying this collection at an affordable price, there's a lot of new age, meditation etc like music in the market but a lot of it hasn't got much quality, if you're looking for a real soothing music companion this is the one: ENIGMA, won't let you down!

Truely the best of Enigma!, 18 Feb 2002

The Enigma Trilogy Set is indeed a fantastic collection of the sensual sounds and chilled out moods created by Michael Cretu. Each Album in the set gives you around an hour of pure listening pleasure, seemingly casting you off to places unknown. A must for anyone who enjoys listening to music with elements from cultures all over the world. Uniquely mixed to produce a continuous mystifying atmosphere for as long as it lasts. The true 'enigma' of music! (Any enigma fans must also purhcase 'The Screen Behind the Mirror')

Enigma - Trilogy, 4 May 2004
This review is from: Trilogy (Audio CD)
What can be said! One of the most innovative bands for years. The first album 'MCMXCAD' is one of the most relaxing CD's ever produced. This opening album with hints of trance, classical and gregorian chant is a pure blend of styles that should not mix but due to Enigma's daring, blend into something that touches the soul. The second album of the 3 'Cross of Changes' again challenges convention with a daring mix of trance, rock and native indian chants. Again there is little that can be at fault with the style but pure blend of individual styles. The third album 'Le Roi ist Morte, Vive le Roi' continues on this theme, again producing something that relaxes and touches the heart. A beautiful trilogy that can not be faulted for style or content, something that when first heard will stay with you forever and proves that individualism in music is still alive and well.
