Format:Audio CD
No expense spared in creating this album! This CD is a recording of music performed live at the Taj Mahal and the Forbidden City in 1997. There's a real mixture of styles within this CD, with one or two tracks being a notable departure from Yanni's usual output. Whilst there are a couple of slightly weak tracks, it is worth purchasing for the title track, which is nothing short of incredible. Again, Yanni's musicians do him proud and the violin playing from Karen Briggs and Armen Anassian is excellent. Does anyone know if a video version suitable for U.K. videos exists? A worthy addition to anyone's CD collection.

Just like "the Mozart Effect" (cf. The Mozart Effect: Tapping the Power of Music to Heal the Body, Strengthen the Mind and Unlock the Creative Spirit), I firmly believe that Yanni's music has the power of Mozart and is indeed healing, inspiring, beautiful, uplifting and amazing.
This particular CD originates from two performances Yanni held in 1997 at the Taj Mahal in India and at the Forbidden City in China. From these two events he created this live album and a respective video: An extraordinary collection of beautiful music.

My Spirit Is Exalted Everytime I hear and watch the Video and listen to such magnificence. I feel so many people are missing out on such a moving, perhaps, life changing recording. The television documentary, narrated by Christopher Plumber is Brilliant. It is included at the end of the Tribute Video. Just proves what power one man can do with his Music.
