Remove the larger piece from the adhesive sheet and discard. 2. Place the Takara pad onto its center, making sure that the writing on the sachet is facing down towards the adhesive surface. 3. This is a very good product I brought two packets 20 pads put them on half an hour before I went to bed in the morning I took them of & the pads were black .By the 20th days the blackness was getting lighter which shows that it was working. very very good

Very different from what I expected. The patches were dark throughout in the mornings and did not go lighter towards the end of tenth day. Don't think it works the way we r told. I reckon the patch turns dark due to heat from the body & no other explanation for the change in colour. Nothing from the sole of foot would suggest that it has been detoxed I'm afraid. Not noticed any change in my physical state. Quite disappointing!
I bought two, one for me, one for my boyfriend. He gave up after first night, I took a little bit longer, but in the end I also gave up. First of all it has quite strong, irritating and unpleasent smell, second it feels uncomfortable on feet, third it doesn't stay on feet all night, so it doesn't have any use, and for those reasons I don't like it, and also I don't know if that works, because I didn't feel any difference after few night, even if I supposed to feel it after the first one. It did change the colour like it sais, but I guess it is the reaction of your sweat with herbs which are in sachet, so that doesn't mean anything to me.
