I bought this pillow in the expectation of having very good neck support and the hollow seemed a good idea for one's head.
I had two miserable hours of wakefulness while I tossed and turned trying to get some sleep. In the end I chucked it out.
I think the only person who might benefit from this pillow would be a very large man. The smaller outside rim was far too big for my neck (small woman) and most uncomfortable.
