After reading some negative feedback about a similar version of this asynchronous chair, I am very pleased with it. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I no longer get the neck and back pain that I got with a previous chair. The assembly instructions are sparse but adequate and even the castors fitted easily without the need for too much pressure. Very impressed with the delivery from DPD. They gave me an hours time slot for delivery and the chair arrived only 3 minutes into the start of this period - even then the delivery man was annoyed it was not those few minutes earlier.
