I've not had this for long but so far, so good. It's comfortable without been too 'cushy' (not good if you want to work). For me it's not quite adjustable enough (would like it to drop a bit lower, and recline the back a bit further) but more flexibility may well come at the expense of stability, so the trade-off's probably pretty good.
