    The idea is good in theory: you are supposed to be able to project an atlas of the constellations on the walls of a room to transform it into a planetarium. However in practice, it fails completely to provide a clear picture, the constellations turn out pale and fuzzy on the walls of a small bedroom (no matter how dark the room at night time). My children turned it on once and never asked about it again. Considering the expense of this toy, one would expect it to work better. An utter disappointment from that respect.

    We bought this toy for my little boy for christmas and it was truly a disappointment.....it's very flimsy and the hand held wand never worked properly....the light keeps cutting in and out and you have to keep jiggling it to get it back on............no fun on Christmas morning for a child

    It would be nice if this item had dark ball with transparent holes, not the opposite construction as it has. The picture shown at the ceiling is fuzzy and not clear. Not recommended.
