About the Author

Sonia Choquette is a world-renowned intuitive and spiritual teacher who specializes in helping others recognize that we are all endowed with a sixth sense that we can count on. A masterful teacher committed to strengthening intuition in our daily lives, she is the best-selling author of ten books and numerous audio editions.A highly trained intuitive, with extensive background in the mysticism of East and West, Sonia was educated at the University of Denver and at the Sorbonne in Paris, and holds a Ph.D. in metaphysics. Sonia says, ''I am intuitive because I was encouraged at all times to be awake, aware, and guided by my sixth sense. I grew up in an environment that treated intuition not only as natural, but actually essential to successful navigation in life. Intuition is a gift that we all have, that we can all experience, that we can all trust and that we all need!''In working with people for more than 32 years of almost daily one-on-one private consultations, Sonia insists that the sixth sense is natural to us all. Whether it's those ''hunches'' or ''feelings'' or ''vibes,'' everyone has them, but unfortunately most people dismiss or ignore them and sadly miss the benefits. With the onset of the changing world we now live in, Sonia emphasizes that using our intuition is ''no longer optional. Working with and strengthening our intuition is becoming more and more fundamental to our ability to live harmoniously with ourselves and others in the new world order.''Paying attention to the sixth sense, learning to listen, to trust it, to train oneself to call on its guidance, these are the challenges facing six-sensory people trapped in a five-sensory culture. Approaching human potential ''from the inside, out,'' Sonia offers a unique brand of grounded and practical techniques for people to use in order to claim their intuitive voice and incorporate it into everyday life. Sonia's mission is to help people integrate a strong and trustworthy intuition into their daily li --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

Good Book 14 April 2010
By Stein - Published on Amazon.com

I enjoyed this book very much. In this book Sonia uses traveling by plane throughout her book to get her points across. It has many personal adventures of her in the book so readers can relate to problems encountered while traveling and living life. While my favorite book of hers is "Soul Purpose" this is a very enjoyable and easy reading book. You can do the exercises at the end of each chapter or do what I did; I copied off the exercises and focused on them throughout the day.

good but not great 12 April 2011
By Carla Kaiser - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I am a big fan of Sonia's work. Her books Psychic Pathway, Your Heart's Desire, Ask Your Guides, and Trust Your Vibes have made a huge positive impact on my life.

This one, on the other hand... is good. There are some really cool take-away items tucked into passages about her busy schedule. I found myself getting impatient with the tone or the delivery, it seemed a little more preachy than her usual style.

However, I am still glad that I bought the book for my Kindle, and I do feel like it was worth the money. I guess it just wasn't as fun to read as her other stuff. I highlighted my favorite parts, and there are some good little nuggets in there, so that I can easily refer back to it when I need a spirit-lifter.

Love All the Way! 6 Sept. 2011
By Peggy A. Kornegger - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This is my favorite of Sonia's many books. I really enjoy everything she writes, but this one was especially inspiring to me because of the emphasis on love (instead of fear) as the core consciousness in daily life--and because of the stories from her own life. The analogy of airplane travel that she uses throughout the book ("Travel Lightly," "Turbulence," "Catching the Jet Stream of Grace," etc.) made her points vividly and well, and I was particularly moved by the last chapter, "Round-trips" and the epilogue, ""Our Final Destination," in which she shares some of her and her family's heart-opening experiences of recent years. The book's message is clear: Love is the only thing that matters in this life--and beyond. We all need to be reminded of that--thank you, Sonia, for doing that in such a personal, loving way.

Love Sonia - hate the metaphor 1 July 2013
By Kindle Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I have read everything Sonia has written, and I love her advice, perspective, and writing style but this one felt like a stretch. The flight metaphor was cheesy. I don't mind her message being a little redundant throughout all her books but this is somewhat lazy. Disappointed in the purchase, but still a huge fan!
