this album was sooo good, i really enjoyed it from start to finsih, it has songs like headstrong whcih really makes u want o rock around ur room, and themn there is more mellow trackes like echo, which makes this album perfect for every mood, it reminds me of a mix between incubus, linkin park and inme a little. buy it today!!!

i got this cd at a concert in newcastle and the band where superb live and to be honest i did not think the cd would live up to the live experience but even now a good five or so years since i saw them i still put this cd on and enjoy the upbeat rock.
if you are looking for some seriously good rock/metal this is an album you can not go wrong with it has a good balance of noise and lyrics and unlike so many other albums out there this one has no filler tracks to make up the time every song on it is good.
so go and buy this cd i can tell you you will not be sorry.

Not everyone comes out with an awesome cd but 6 of these songs are great. Saying they shouldnt even be on this planet and stupid stuff like that is ridiculous. They are a great band and their new cd is even better. They are great live and its a good cd. Grab this and someone in control which is 20 times better.

Some good stuff
I thought this album had some ok tracks, but some did show signs of bad writing and tunes. "All is said and done" is the best track on there. This is quite a weak voiced song... Read more

why god why?
Um... what can i say? 1 star flatters this cd. They insult music in general, let alone rock! Trapt are unorginal and can't sing or write at least one decent song. Read more

Hmm... not keen I'm afraid.
I'm sorry but this album shouldn't have seen the light of day... I've heard this all before in the likes of 12 Stones and other toned down Staind-a-likes. Read more
