This book should be compulsory reading for anyone trying to negotiate their way throughout the current challenging economic environment, both personally and professionally . Written in an intelligent yet easy to read format, the book is accessible to those who are leading individuals and teams for the first time. Equally this should be considered essential reading for those at the top of the corporate ladder as they negotiate throughout the many opportunities presented by the current uncertainty in global markets and economies. The authors wealth and depth of experience is well evidenced, the exercises and teachings all valuable lessons in life, both at work and home. Thank You!!

An excellent book for those who want an introduction into transforming teams. Well written, easy to access and dip in and out of although you may not want to put it down! Working in HR, perception is very important and this book really helps you understand yourself from another angle. A competent author with a strong hands on track record makes for a credible read.

This is a very well written book and is useful for everyone, not just team leaders. I found some messages in the 'Transform Yourself' section so powerful that I copied them onto a card to keep with me at all times as a reminder. Also, as a parent I will be using the techniques to help develop my 'team' of children to be the best they can as they learn & grow.
