I have had to resort to hiding the set my sons got for christmas. No matter how gently they played with the figures bits would come off and depending upon which son was playing with them get left on the floor for my baby to grab or be brought every three seconds to me to be fixed. Is it just me or do toy manufacturers set out to make poor quality character toys? They know the children will be desperate for them regardless so why bother making anything that will last? Saying that though the boys think they're cool.

My 5 year old received this as a present. The peices are small and fiddly, the plastic thin, arms and legs fell off whilst my husband was carefully removing from package. You will spend more time putting them back together than playing with them:(

Product dimensions given above are for the box. Actual figures are approx 2' or 5 cm tall. These figures are not well made. With transformers toys in general, I find that parts can quite often get detached and are easily snapped back into place. However, 2 of these are permanently broken after 24 hours (not the fault of my son, who is unusually careful with his toys for a 6 year old). The toys are good fun to play with, but the price is breathtakingly cheeky - even aknowledging the extra you always pay for movie tie-ins. I would be content to pay between 5 and 10 pounds for this set of toys. No more.
