This figure of sideswipe is made up of the greyish white plastic which is disappointing as the pictures before the release which was again the mechtech weapons is a darkish blue weapon again mis-coloured and does not hold the spring out blade but looks good with sideswipe the car model is the 2012 Stingray and convertible as so is shown on the toy the hood on the car during transformation is hard to keep on the figure and snaps of but it does connects back on and so the robot mode is a bit let down from the Revenge of the Fallen model which in my opinion is better than this model but it is fun to play with and is quite durable except from the hood but it is all right.

Bought a few of these transformers for the grand children for xmas. Not easy to reassemble so were quickly discarded. Quality is good but needs to be a little simpler in design.

My son, who is 5, finds this a bit tricky. And I don't find it that easy either! Having said that, he loves it, and I'm sure it will get hours and hours of play time.
