I purchased this toy for my young son and what a toy it is, granted it takes some time to get used to 'transforming it into the car' but it is well worth it.
Overall a great toy and good value and i have a happy little boy.

We've presented this toy for our 10-year old nephew and he was excited! The toy is really funny and interesting to transform, just for his age, but I'd suggest to check the transformation video on youtube first :) Though the quality of plastic could be better for 50 pounds.

This is a fab toy. Some parts are quite complicated to change for my 4 year old so he needs a bit of help (but that's ok with me as I love it!) It spends quite a lot of the time in it's car form as my son will use it in his car games as well as when we play Transformers. It is quite top heavy as a robot so causes some frustration trying to get it to stand. Even though it's made of plastic, it's still weighty and sturdy and stands up to a lot of changing between car and robot (and back again!). The sounds change according to it's 'form' and despite my little boy being too young to watch the film, he gets a huge amount of enjoyment from it.
