Format:Audio CD
I bought this CD for meditating and relaxing.
The sounds of nature are certainly there, but the accompanying drum beat and music are far too fast and intrusive to allow any form of relaxation. The beat actually increased my heart rate.
I was really disappointed.
Probably ok for background music, but not for relaxing, meditating or drifting off to sleep.

Format:Audio CD
I bought this CD not quite sure what it would sound like, and it's absolutely fantastic, so relaxing and really good for meditating or just background music, you seem to just flow with the music. I highly recommend it.
