Trance World 8! The last one in the series that I own and have listened to. The only other in the series that rivals this is Volume 5. The album has a few ups and downs, but the highs more than make up for the lows. The album is very emotionally driven with tracks like the opener "Saltwater", "Autumn Sun" & "Disconnected", but also have huge uplifting tracks like "Yaya", "Mikado" & "Grrreat". And as an added bonus, you have huge club tracks like "Faces" & "Ripple". So you can find pretty much anything that you want in this mix.
The album really doesn't pick up until you hit Symfo and stays pretty high energy until Autumn Sun and then fades back into the more melancholy side of the album. This isn't a bad thing, just a different feel on the album. The next disc starts out great with Mikado and peaks with Ripple but has some amazing tracks in between as well.
As I said before this album has something for nearly everyone and is bound to please nearly everybody, and has some wonderful mixing as well. My only complaint is how little she used of Disconnected! That song is incredible and deserved more air time, but that aside I love the album.
Highly recommended for fans of the Trance World series.
