....a great backup resource for help with setting up training schedules for older clients. I found it to be an invaluable font of information and have used it to help create some individual plans. I would recommend this as a bookcase book for any fitness instructors. Well written and easy to follow.

I got this in preparation for my GP referral course. it is written well but as a personal trainer, I learnt nothing new from this book. Still, it is well written if you need extra advise in this area.
