Good Idea 18 Jan 2009
By MHFF
I've been skiing twice now with my son and he loves it. He's a little bit unsure but with this harness he feels save. There no actual discription so the first time I used it I think I didn't have it quite right. You have to cross the harnesses in the front the childs body. Then it's easier to dircet the child round the corner. Also very practical is the tiny bag at the back. Our's is mostly filled whith a small chokelate bar. Very good is also the fitted handling grip at the back. I've needed it a several times when we used the skiing lift because he got his ski's crossed and with one quick lift he got them straight again - and this without falling out of the lift. I recommend at the beginning to send the toddlers to a skiing course/lesson. Here they learn to keep their balance and afterwards to use the ski trainer.

Worked brilliantly!! 21 April 2010
I bought this for my 6 year old boy who was a beginner this year (2010) and it was brilliant. I was able to move him on from baby slope to blue run quickly and help him down difficult sections with the leads once he got the hang of the snowplough.

The handle at the back for lifting him up was worth it alone.

I would highly recommend this for parents with kids that are beginners and probably 7 or younger.

Superb... 26 Feb 2010
Took my 3 year old daughter skiing, so was invaluable.

A year ago, my cousin had a bad back while teaching his child to ski - has was continuously in a bending over, for several days.

This product means I can stand upright most of the times, while still re-assuring my daughter. I was initially holding on to the handle at the back, and as she got steadier, started making the leash longer. Days later, I was holding the leash at full length, mainly to slow her down - so I can catch up with her.

The handle is a live saver, as it's invaluable when I need to pull her unto a lift-chair, or lift her out of the chair (even used by some 4 to 5 year old children as well).

...and I store some snacks in the little back-pack attached to it.
