I recently purchased this item for the second time as I was so impressed with the results. I'm currently breastfeeding my five month old son but also like to give the odd bottle of expressed milk. I found this product really boosted my milk production enabling me to start storing my breast milk for my return to work. It has a very pleasant aniseed flavour and can be drunk hot or chilled. All in all an excellent product.

Great to use just after the birth of your baby: just put 3 tea bags in a 1L jug & drink 2 jugs a day for the 2-3 days after the birth. Then reduce otherwise you'll have too much milk (what happened to me).
Later, i used to drink a cup everytime i would travel &/or be tired in order to make sure i would have enough mllk...
My doctor learnt this from her German new mothers (i was leaving abroad & she was following ladies from many countries) and discovered it was a great help to breastfeeding...!

A little expensive and you have to have between 3-5 cups a day, but it tastes nice and contains no fenugreek.
