I was very disappointed with the quality of this product given the price tag. I know now for sure that I could have bought a better quality product for the same money elsewhere. The mallets are light weight and I'm not sure that the set will stand up to much use. There were no instructions on how to play included in the set.

Even for the relatively low price, I still think this croquet set is lousy. The clubs are so short and light that it's almost impossible to use them if your more than 3 feet tall and what's worse, the colour of the balls chipped so quickly that they were indistinguishable after only 2-3 games. Sad.

This croquet set arrived just in time for our family's visit, so it was too late to send it back. We used it but I was embarrassed by its poor quality. The mallets are full-size but are too lightweight and look like they have been painted by a messy toddler. The balls look OK, but I see another reviewer saying they will chip quickly. Can't wait. The bag seemed well-made, but we don't play with the bag.
I love croquet and our last set lasted for about 20 years, even though it was often left out in all weathers. I can't imagine this set lasting through a whole summer.
