As a designer of stained glass for some years, I have seen many books of this kind. I found most of the designs unworkable, lacking inspiration and the fact that all designs were displayed as simple line drawings with no colour anywhere to be seen, only highlighted my boredom when thumbing through this tome. Stained glass is all about colour and texture and this book showed neither.

This book really does contain modern desgns and lots of them, varying from quite complex designs to very simple ones. They make fabulous stained glass windows and provide lots of inspiration for designing original windows using elements of those that are included too.
