It ran on CBBC for five series, from 2002 to 2006 and also contained a feature length episode, Tracy Beaker's Movie of Me, broadcast in 2004. The episodes themselves intersperse live action with cartoon sequences drawn by Nick Sharratt depicting Tracy's inner thoughts and, from series 3 onwards, the thoughts of other characters. Initially these cartoons would often be followed by a more realistic interpretation of what happened, but this was discontinued after the first series. The theme song was written and performed by Keisha White. I am a huge fan of Tracy Beaker, so I had to get the boxed set! It had most of my favorite episodes, AND came with the movie. It comes with episodes from season one through five, and it's full of suspence. My favorite episodes: 'cam visits, 'Tracy's birthday', 'I am not in love', and 'telling tales' -Julia

This is a great set of all the Tracey Beaker episodes and contains the Tracey Beaker film which was a surprise I wasn't expecting. The DVD boxes are nice and thin so this whole set takes up very little room and is excellent value. Really pleased.

Series 1: 9.7/10:The best series, with the most funny and hearty moments. Also the best 'gang'.
Series 2: 7.2/10: A massive decline from Series One, as they chose to bring back Ben, and introduce dreadful characters like 'Amber', and getting rid of 'Louise'. And a lot of characters didn't return.
Series 3: 7.0/10: An ok series, again a decline from Series 1 and 2. Too many new characters, with Shelly, Layla, Hayley, Michael, Crash, and Jackie coming in this new series. Adele and Ben are nowhere to be seen, Ben is mentioned in episode 1 as going off to boarding school, then is seen in a photo in episode 10, and isn't mentioned again. Adele is not mentioned at all. Luckily, Louise stays on as a reccuring character for the series, but, along with Nathan, Shelly, Michael, and Justine departs at the end of the series. Tracy and Duke and Cam are the only character to have stayed from the first series.
Series 4: 6.8/10: A not very good series, mainly because of the Wellards, the new house, and Tracy and Cam beginning to be absent in most episodes. There are some hearty moments, like Layla and Hayley's goodbye.
Series 5: 6.2/10: The worst series, mainly because of the absense of Tracy. Good ending, though.
